The full draft of Skeletal Remains just exceed the maximum post size. 11,420 words and I haven't even finished killing Sam off yet. Oh, hush. I already told you, character death fic of doom! Though I was realizing I should subtitle it: You Know You Totally Saw That Coming. Several deaths of the "He only had five days until retirement!!!" ilk. Ah, well. I never claimed to be a literary great. And there's porn. So.

Good grief! Are you not familiar with my "share the porn" policy?! :D The idea that I could hold on to 11,000 or more words and not post is just ludicrous. Nah. Seriously. It just startled me when I couldn't post it in a big chunk in order to back it up online. I just cut out the 2500 words I already had posted as the first chapter, and e-mailed myself the entire document for a complete on-line backup.

I'm thinking I will post in three pieces. The chapter you already saw, the next 4000 or so words after that, which are already almost done, and then I will finish up the second half, which still needs a lot of work, but hopefully can be posted on August 22, 2007, the first year anniversary of writing this sucker.
