I was thinking about Laura Ashley today and now I have a terrible need to send Daniel shopping there. But that does not fit with my story. *pouts*

I did think about making him having to make a big presentation or diplomatic mission or something and needing a really smart suit for it. Rejected that idea as well.

But pouting over the Laura Ashley. Maybe Teal'c should get him a pretty little flowery sundress instead of the tank top.

But Daniel would never wear it.

Aha ha ha ha! The girliness! Sam goes for the flowery things, but I think she understands Daniel's dismay enough to not suggest it. Perhaps he gets an anonymous present from a secret admirer in the Marines.

What is the protocol? Does Hallmark make a "Congratulations on your new body" card? I'm sure SG-5 would be thrilled if s/he threw a body-warming party. *evil, evil grin*

What a good back story to his comment about Teal'c giving him Jack's still beating heart... Maybe SG-5 should come on to him, Teal'c should get wind of it, and Jack should witness the ensuing muscle flexing, frowning and eyebrow raising. Hmmm. Would Daniel be grateful for the interference or peeved that he didn't get to wear his new flowery dress for his suitors? Or possibly both? Perhaps in some later heart to heart, Teal'c should mention to Jack that *he'd* like to see the flowery dress.
