Suupposed to be cleaning Small Boy's room in preparation for his arrival home this afternoon.

But am very annoyed.

I have never been kissed breathless. Cause dude. Any kiss that covers my nose isn't gonna last very long, you know? NOT a turn on. So why is it that characters have to actually quit kissing to breathe? I mean, you might figuratively "come up for air." But not literally. *peers at writers* Have I missed something in my romantic life? Or are you all just crazed?

You are totally correct, of course. However, wondering if you read any of the smut that goes around? I get the impression that as written, these people literally *can't* breathe. Not that they *forgot* to breathe. :)
