So. Do we think sentient armor? Or is somebody inside there? Surely this isn't just one of the "nightmares?" I suppose it could be one of the armors built during the Extremis armor-fest, possibly. That picture, while scary, does not look like a confrontation, if you take in Tony's posture. That looks like a conversation.

*facepalm* I didn't even think of his PTSD. My first thought was sentient armor. Second is Tony hacking the suit with Extremis. Third is Rhodey. Others are saying someone else stealing or someone else hacking.
