I wrote again today! Just ten minutes. And I am happy to see that 10 minutes yields about 200 words, rather than the 100 I expected. Also, now that I have decided to write again, the old Brain is now thinking in terms of plot again. I have worked through some annoying problems with the set-up for this piece - Daniel needs to be fairly tempermental - the Beast is not exactly what you would call a reasonable character - but he needs to fit in the context. Also, I came up with the "rose" for the "father" to steal.

AND I have exercised on every day I wrote! So far, so good at doing BOTH, rather than having to choose one over the other. Not to mention my kitchen was clean when I went to bed last night. Whoo hoo!
