You writers out there. Do you have your own websites for your fiction? Any recommendations for free webhosts with slash friendly TOS?

I use Freeweb for my website. They have a good selection of templates and the ad fixtures aren't all that intrusive. It's easy to use. Well it has to be for me :) I've had no complaints about the content of my site.

Same, I use Freewebs too. sometimes they're buttons and what not play up. But if you can code the basic stuff yourself, it's fine.
