Status report

Ficathon piece off to green_grrl for beta.

It's done. But it feels sorta flat to me. Oh, well. Hopefully it will go over well with her, and if not, she will be brutally honest and have incredible insights on how to improve it.

Must return my attention to my remix, which is actually due a week earlier than the ficathon piece. My mantra has become "No more reading until the remix is done." So princessofg, quit posting the damned angstfest!porn and write your own dang ficathon pieces so the rest of us can get some work done!!!!

mresundance your beta is next on my list, right after I clean some strawberries. And give the baby her bath. Not with the strawberries, though. She's sweet, but not that sweet.

but meh. i am just so fucking happy to be writing after the TERM FROM HELL and also the darkfic you have no idea. i refuse to apologize for distracting you. it is, after all, my JOB!!!

good luck with the remix. i don't think my mind ever worked that way; I don't think I've ever successfully done one, even in my head! but i'm looking forward to the stories.

Well, that's good. Otherwise you might throw out the berries with the bathwater, and try to mix the baby with cream.
