Not any of my usual pairings. But I really enjoy Rodney off balance. And there's a payoff.

I suppose I should really go and see who this Lorne person is. Every other SGA story is about him, and I cannot place him for the life of me.

Lorne was the poor 2IC who had to deal with Colonel Hardass in Enemy Mine. I love the continuity, transferring him from the SGC to Atlantis! Here's his Stargate Wiki page (http://www.stargate-sg1-solutions.com/wiki/Lorne).

Slashers usually pair him with Dave Parrish, a botanist who was on one of his teams in one ep. Gotta love fanon!

The actor, Kavan Smith, is a hoot! Though fairly straightforward military on SG, he played very funny and very gay in some unaired pilot show. (Apparently he's on The 4400 and BSG as well, but I wouldn't know.) During some con panel, when Don Davis said, as an actor, he'd like to do a love scene with a female character, Kavan said he'd do a sex scene with anything (here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPj0ToUCDXQ))!

The third Unas episode includes Lorne; did you know that? "Enemy Mine" from S7. It's a great ep and I do love Lorne. Mirabile_dictu named him Mike and wrote him into her SGA epic, "The City As Recording Angel." Rowr.
