Annoying way to start the day

brainofckWell, here's an annoying way to start the day.
I did a great edit on Metamorphosis last night. And somewhere the fucking computer ATE THE EDIT. And what I posted was not the version I intended to post.
So, my apologies to those of you who have already read it.
Usually, I obsessively read it one last time before bed. But last night I didn't. Also, usually, I would have obsessively saved the word version, but for various reasons, last night, I didn't. So off I go to try to reconstruct my changes.
*grits teeth and tries not to kick things*
UPDATE: Editing now and am COMPLETELY mortified. *cries in embarrassment*
