Revisions almost done

On Beauty, I am just finishing up the major revisions. Zats alerted me that I had totally misgauged the emotional content of an important section near the end, so I dumped about 800 words and then massively revised. After that it mostly needed to be fairy-tale'd up, as it were, a process I'm still working on, and I needed to footnote all the Arabic, which is done, and I needed to add in a few relationship scenes, oh and then the whole thing with the radio communications needed to be done - and wow, I think I just remembered something that actually needs to be addressed and I forgot related to the radio stuff - and of course, I'm already lamenting that the parts with Charlie need to be built up - and did I mention that I was trying to be DONE with revisions by May 1, becuase Fledglings really needs a LOT of additional material actually written for it, not to mention editing, so I want to be sure I have minimum 6-8 weeks to poke and prod and add to it - you know, because RL and all is always stealing my writing time.
I had a minor spaz in the lounge post demanding to know my due dates. They are going to be assigned this week. If I have an early July date for Fledglings, I really will have to cut off work on Beauty on May 1, but if I get the end of July, maybe I can work a little more on the Charlie sections, especially.
The good news is, I think if I had to just accept all tracked changes right now and post, I would have a pretty good story in Beauty. Hopefully, Zats will agree!
