Everyone knows my weakness for OT3. So, this weekend found me just idly poking AO3 for Steve Rogers/Tony Stark/Pepper Potts. Just incidentally. Also, the toe. (See below.)
Magnetic. I didn't read the first one. And I quit about half way through the third one, because I felt like the characterizatons were off. I would not rec it at all, except I remember that while reading yesterday I have a couple of genuine, out of nowhere laughs, and it had to have been while reading this. So the second one must have been funny. Um. Look, we did dinner and a movie not once but TWICE last week, and that means I had two nights with about 5 hours of sleep each, plus the very painful toe thing, so, possibly I was sort of zombie-reading yesterday. Anyway.
Come at Me. I really liked this one for all of the characters. Steve's POV. Basically, Steve is being a sad puppy so Tony and Pepper adopt him. Hmmm. That summary sounds bad. But it's good, really. Here, the author's summary: "Steve gets a lesson in pop psychology, drives a roadster, fends off an aspiring killer robot, conquers Tetris, wins a quarter, buys pants, battles the undead, and falls hard for Tony Stark and Pepper Potts."
