Sometimes you are just innocently trying to get some work done, client billing or drafting a final decree, listening to the Some Other Albums mix you made for media player, and BAM, a ridiculous song!fic AU kicks you in the back of the head and grabs you in a headlock and won't let go until you have humiliated yourself by converting it to electrons and posting it.

Stupid Brain.

The Spammers were discussing my unfortunate song!fic attack, and I was pointing out how the song worked great for Supernatural, or even SB/VM.

And I typed:

Dean would totally flirt over pie with the frazzled waiter in the old jeans and tight white tee in the under-air-conditioned, humid diner. He'd appreciate that the guy was sweaty from the dish room and worry that he looked so tired, but mostly he'd wanna jump him when he broght him his coffee and asked him if he wanted cream...

"I'd be polite if I had the time," he'd say.

"I get off at eleven," Sam replies. "You're the best idea I've had all day."
