muck_a_luck - I am surprisingly pleased with the ice cream thing. I think it came out unexpectedly well. I'm sorry it was so squicky for Jesse and Green_Grrl. Am also amused that everyone keeps telling me what a sicko I am. It's just ice cream!

Eeeeeeewwww! Y'all are getting WORSE!!!

The odd thing is that other than Sean A. there's not much that can squick me in almost any fandom. I don't mind food!porn, I like het, I'm all about the bondage... In fact the first half of SG-31 is hawt. But with SG-1... I just can't go for Jack/Teal'c (and leave Junior the hell out of it -- eeww!) or for Sam/Daniel... SG-1 is the only fandom where I have an OTP, apparently, to the point that other pairings squick me. Who knew? Can't explain it.

The reason is because Jack/Daniel is canon, that's why. That's what the show is about. How can there be another pairing?! :)

And no wonder the anger and betrayal! Now I feel sad! The violation of the OTP is a difficult challenge to face... :p

Hee! I don't usually let canon stop me. ;-) Though in this case it might even be more squicky for me that Teal'c and Jack are friends/ brothers/ comrades-in-arms in canon, more than the J/D canon. And yet I read Black Hawk Down, Band of Brothers, Troy and Boondock Saints slash like a fiend (er, OK, in Boondock Saints the brother slash is basically canon -- strike that example). My brain confuses me....
