Baby crying, 3am

So, the baby starts crying at 2:50. I roll downstairs, sign up for the gateverse_remix, thanks to the evil machinations of green_grrl AND go trolling for the 2007 Jack/Daniel fic-a-thon, a post to which I see already has two answers and now I will go express my interest.

I'm cracking. A new plot came to me last night that might be of a sane length and might get written in the next week or so. Of a kissing theme.

But it is now 3:30am and the baby has stopped crying so I am going back to bed.

oooo i had been wondering if there was to be a j/d ficathon this year! i will check on that forthwith.

i just can't do remixes, somehow. i have read them with interest, and for example, this new one where synecdochic kind of remixed her own story by doing the same scene from both cam and daniel's pov of view (the Inanna stories, you know?) was good, but my brain just does not work in a remix fashion.

forgot to say, so glad you have a bunny!!!!! and happy mommying. how well i remember those days. mine are 9 and 7 now, so it's a whole new set of ... stuff.
