OMG! I love Mac! Truly, madly, deeply! He might have been my biggest crush post Han Solo! And the refusal to use a gun just adds to his charm. I always thougth it wasn't so much the pacifism as the challenge. Guns made everything too easy. :D

Isn't fan fic bizarre? I am rewatching a bunch of SG-1 these days when I am up late, and I find that having read all the stories by people who note every detail, I'm seeing stuff I never would have noticed on my own.
